A Kennedy Township man is accused of firing shots that pierced the walls of an Economy Village residence around 9:15 p.m. Sunday. Rodney D. Spencer, 28, of 75 Courtland West has been charged with multiple counts of reckless endangerment, making terroristic threats and discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure. According to a report written by Ambridge police officer Richard Hacker, Spencer was standing in an Economy Village parking lot, below Apartments 47 and 48.
